Tibyaan is free for families and for individual teachers. Schools and academies that run classes in Tibyaan pay a small amount per student, per year, so that the service can keep running without ads.
How It Works
- Families and individual teachers: free, for up to 10 students.
- Schools and academies: pay per student, per year.
- 30-day free trial: every new school starts with 30 days free, with no payment needed to begin.
- Pay by card or invoice: payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see full card numbers.
- Free schools stay free: if your school or masjid class teaches without charging students, email schools@tibyaan.ai and we will set you up at no cost.
- VAT in the EU and UK: VAT-registered schools can enter their VAT number at checkout. If your school is in the EU or UK and has no VAT number, please email schools@tibyaan.ai before paying.
- Your data stays in your region: school data is kept in the region the school chose in the app (Europe or the United States). Paying does not move it.
Billed once a year through Stripe; your total is shown at checkout before you pay. Schools with more than 300 students can email schools@tibyaan.ai for a quote.
Pay for Your School
A school administrator can find the school's billing code in the Tibyaan app, in the school's settings. It looks like EU-ABCD-1234 or US-ABCD-1234.
Already subscribed? Manage billing To change students, update your card or cancel, email schools@tibyaan.ai.
Privacy
This form sends only the billing code, number of students and billing email, to the server in your school's region and then to Stripe. We store the billing email and subscription status to manage your school's subscription. See our Privacy Policy.
